Their service made me look bad to my customer. Stay away - if they offer a cheaper price - there is a reason - they bring no value.

First off, they have the absolute worse customer service our business has ever seen. We had opened up an account with them last year because we had a client that was wanting some products from them. The client ended up not ordering. We never ended up sending an order to Rugged Outfitters, but did have the account open with them. We ended up trying to place an order with them about a month ago and have never had so much trouble and treated with so much rudeness and disrespect. Each person from our company which is 3 has had the opportunity to talk to the "pleasant" people who work here. Not one of those people care to talk to them again. One customer service rep from Rugged Outfitters asked our purchasing agent if she even knew how to spell? What reputable company treats customers like that. Then when our manager got on the phone to "Pam". She got so frustrated with her that she asked her if she even wanted to help her at all, because she didn't act like she did. They told us repeatedly that we did not have account with them despite the fact we did. They eventually realized we did have an account after a few days of trying to fix things and then they informed us that the reason why the order was delayed was because our first order needed to be $200. They informed us ours was not. We asked them why when we first placed the order we were not told that. It took us over a week to get that information.out of them. They refuse to receive any type of order unless it is through email. Even when we tried to talk to them to see if they had received the several emails we had sent them, they were giving us grief over talking to them, refusing to because they "Didn't take orders over the phone". Our company is based on customer satisfaction. You cannot possibly work in the field of personalization of clothing and items for people and have attitudes like this. We try our best to be understanding and helpful to our customers and we kind of like to receive the same back, especially when we are wanting to give a company our money. They did not act like they wanted it very badly. We are a huge screen printing company, so not doing business with them won't hurt us, but their type of customer service will eventually hurt them.
